Team Assistant – Social Media & Client Support
Location: Remote (Australia-based preferred)
Hours: Flexible, approx. 5–10 hours/week with potential to grow.
Are you a motivated go-getter who loves a bit of behind-the-scenes magic and a whole lot of organisation? Branded Ag Marketing is on the lookout for a casual team assistant to help keep our digital world running smoothly.
We work with some incredible small and agricultural businesses across Australia, helping them share their stories through branding, photography, and digital marketing. This role is a key part of supporting that mission. We want to make sure our clients have the best experience with us possible, and we need your help!
What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing our inbox (responding to emails and helping keep things organised)
Creating a to-do list that you need the rest of the team to manage/respond to
Responding to messages and comments across our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
Scheduling content across platforms (we use Later.com)
Writing captions from content we have already created (blog posts, etc)
Repurpose content (being able to create multiple types of posts using information from content we have already created)
Helping sort client images post-event (organising files, delivering to clients)

Basic image editing and file management
Client management and project coordination
Assisting with social media strategy and campaign planning
You’re Someone Who:
Is self-motivated and proactive - you can work without supervision
Is a people-person and enjoys chatting with others (digitally or in real life)
Can manage your time well and meet deadlines
Is honest, enthusiastic, and willing to learn
Has strong written and verbal communication skills
Isn’t afraid to ask questions or ask for direction when you need it
