Running a business is a fair whack of crazy. Especially one that is based rurally. If you’re like us, you’re out chasing cows in the morning, come inside for a top-up of coffee and then settle in to the business side of the day… For a few hours, until someone gets out, and something needs fixing, feeding, or loving on.
Branded Ag is a collective of creatives who live and breathe agriculture. All extremely talented individuals behind a camera and on a computer, our entire team also own their own livestock and live on the land. We understand the challenges faced by our clients because they’re the same challenges that we face ourselves.

Founder & CEO
When I was 17, my mum bought me my first ‘real’ camera to help us market bulls at home. I took it everywhere, including to shows, where I realised this was a thing that people needed, and a thing that I loved doing. Since then, this hobby has grown into Branded Ag Marketing. I love learning, and have worked hard to make sure I have the skills and knowledge to really help the businesses that I work with.
With that comes a few qualifications, here’s some of mine:
Masters in Science - Agricultural Communications from Kansas State University.
With a thesis on digital marketing for Australian Agricultural businesses → read about it here!
Bachelors of Agribusiness from UNE focusing on marketing.
Helping to manage the family cattle farm I grew up on.

Photographer, Videographer, Catalogue DesignerOriginally coming on board to help out at shows, Monique also specialises in on-farm photography and videography, doing a great job at capturing the best sides of sale cattle. Monique is also starting to take on more catalogue design work!

Graphic Designer - Logo SpecialistAlana was the first to join the Branded Ag team way back in 2018. An unreal designer, Alana’s BA logos can be seen across Australia, sported by many of our clients.

PhotographerOur resident Canadian-in-Australia, Laura has been with Branded Ag for the last few years helping out at shows and also doing a great job on-farm showcasing sale animals and rural businesses!

Photography & VideographyOur newest recruits, Mason & Ben came on board to help cover our SA clients. They do an amazing job of getting the best out of our client’s sale cattle!

Launched Emily H Photography & started covering ag shows.

Graduated from University with a Bachelors of Agribusiness

Our Graphic Design wizard, Alana, joined the team!

2019
January 8 - Officially launched Branded Ag Marketing 🎂
Our aim was to be a one-stop-shop for everything ag marketing
Laura & Monique joined the crew
Covered 5 Royal Shows, 17 Junior & Local Shows
Spent 253 days on the road
Started a Masters in Agricultural Communications through K State
2020
Covid 19 hit & saw all shows after March 2020 cancelled for the year
We pivoted to offering primarily on-farm photos & videos
Burnt ourselves out, so we rested, restructured & came back better!
Helped our clients through a massive shift to digital selling
2021
Shows were cancelled, but we took on over 50 new on-farm clients in 4 states!
We were able to work full time doing on-farm photography, video, and graphic design
2022
The year things seemed to get back on track!
Back into the show scene while also continuing our on-farm work
Finished my thesis & graduated from K State
Moved back to the family farm & built a house there 🏡
